Launched the latest in-room dining offering from the Sbarro’s restaurant giant. Was responsible for generating all media exposure and interviews for the flagship location in Longwood, Florida and planning for subsequent rapid growth of new concept. Wrote all content and assisted with design of the web site, including designing the photography shoot for the interactive web site page on in-house Mozzarella cheese making. Invented Club Carmela’s wine club for weekly wine tastings and monthly food & wine pairing events. Restaurant growth quickly escalated to three stores within the first 24 months.
